4. Shipping & Delivery
Lead Time: Estimated delivery dates are provided but not guaranteed.

Shipping Risks: Buyer assumes responsibility for transit delays/losses post-dispatch.

Local Pickup: Available by prior arrangement.

5. Returns & Refunds
Defective Goods: Report within 48 hours of delivery for replacement/refund.

Non-Returnable: Custom-made or bulk orders are final unless defective.

Refund Processing: 7–14 business days post-approval.

6. Intellectual Property
VarnexG owns all designs, logos, and product imagery. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:

Discrepancies due to buyer-provided design errors.
